Welcome to the Porch

Grab some lemonade, snuggle down in a rocking chair (or whatever you're sitting in), and catch up with what's going on at the Porter's.

So far we know that we are having a baby, but we don't know the gender yet or have any visible signs it's even in there! It's so crazy to me how people's bellies get bigger at different times! Two people I know are due at the same time I am and already have pretty big bumps, I guess I shouldn't sound like I'm COMPLAINING about it, but cross my fingers that I'll have less weight to lose after. haha.

From last thursday to this thursday, the baby is developing the bones in it's ears and can actually HEAR us this week! I can't help but wonder if he or she will recognize Foxy's barks. Or know the difference between me talking to Foxy and talking to baby since I use the same voice. Or if he or she is getting anything out of the sermon already. haha. Just thoughts.

We already have the nursery painted (gray) that we will accent with pink if it's a girl or baby blue if it's a boy. We will announce December 17th at the "Big Reveal Party" what it is!
